I am Malinda, the broker behind Keystone, an independent brokerage I built from scratch. Based in Terrigal, working right across the Central Coast and Australia-wide.
What you can borrow and what you can afford are two different numbers. I will tell you the real one.
A keystone is the one stone that holds the whole arch up. Take it out and the rest falls. That is the job.
Buying or refinancing has a lot of moving parts. My job is to be the piece that holds it together, so the weight does not land on you.
Independent, and that is the whole point
A bank can only offer you the bank. A franchise leans where its own model points. I am neither. I work across a wide panel of lenders and answer to you, not to a product.
Free to you
In most cases my help costs you nothing. The lender pays the broker when your loan settles. If a fee ever applied, you would know well before anything went ahead.
